We do not directly store your complete debit card, credit card, CVV, UPI PIN, or banking credentials.

An order will be considered successfully completed only after payment confirmation is received from the payment gateway.

5. Digital Product Delivery

All products purchased from The Digora are delivered digitally.

After successful payment, the purchased product or download/access information may be provided through the email address or download mechanism specified during checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to that email account.

If you successfully complete payment but do not receive your product, please contact us at allinoneweb.kr@gmail.com with your order ID or payment transaction details so that we can verify and assist you.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, orders are generally non-refundable once the purchased digital product has been delivered or access has been provided, except where required by applicable law.

If you experience a technical problem, receive an incorrect product, or cannot access a product because of an issue caused by The Digora, please contact us at allinoneweb.kr@gmail.com. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve the issue.

7. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If your bank account, card, UPI account, or other payment method is debited but your order is not successfully completed, please contact us with your transaction details.

After verification, any eligible refund for a failed or duplicate payment will be processed through the applicable payment method or payment gateway, subject to the payment provider's processing timelines and policies.

All digital products, worksheets, designs, graphics, text, images, templates, PDF files, and other content provided by The Digora are owned by or licensed to The Digora unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights to the purchaser.

The purchaser receives a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased product for permitted personal or educational purposes.
